A Diwali spread: paneer tikka skewers, papdi chaat, samosas with tamarind chutney, coconut ladoo, mint chutney and masala chai, with marigolds and tealights

On the menu

A little chaat, a generous feast, something sweet.

Start with crisp samosas, papdi chaat cups and paneer tikka skewers. Follow with butter chicken, chana masala or palak paneer, with jeera rice and warm naan for the table. Finish with coconut ladoos, gulab jamun or mango kheer cups.

Pour a Marigold Spritz, offer mango lassi, and put the chai on when it’s time for sweets.

Choose the dishes that suit your gathering. Your Plan includes recipes and a shopping list that adjusts to your guest count, whether you’re cooking, buying a few favourites or asking guests to bring a dish.
