A quick overview of how shipping and returns work, for both digital Gathering Plans and physical Host Boxes and Activity Kits.
Shipping within the US is free on every order. Host Boxes and Activity Kits are packed for your Gathering and ship within 7–10 days of your order, so please order at least a week before you host. We'll send tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.
International orders are welcome. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and any import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Gathering Plans are digital, so there's nothing to ship: you'll get an email to set yours up straight after you order.
Digital Gathering Plans are non-refundable once accessed. If you haven't accessed yours yet, contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we'll sort it out.
Founding Friends. Founding Pass purchases are non-refundable. The First 50 memberships (with Host Boxes) are prepaid and non-refundable. This covers changing your mind or not using your membership. If we’re ever unable to send a Host Box included in your membership, we’ll refund you for that box.
Host Boxes and Activity Kits. Each box is packed for your Gathering, so we can't accept returns once an order has shipped. You can cancel for a full refund until your order ships: contact us as soon as possible.
Gift cards are non-refundable and never expire.
If anything arrives damaged, missing or incomplete, email hello@thegatheringhour.com within 7 days of delivery, with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you for it.
