How to check on a digital Gathering Plan or a physical Host Box and Activity Kit order.
Gathering Plans are delivered by email, usually within 10 minutes of ordering. Look for a separate email from Gathering Hour titled “Everything you need to plan your gathering is waiting for you.” The button inside takes you to your Plan. Nothing after 10 minutes? Check Promotions or Spam, then write to hello@thegatheringhour.com.
Host Boxes and Activity Kits are timed to arrive before your gathering. Once your order ships, we'll email you tracking information directly.
We're still finalizing shipping details for these ahead of launch. This section will be more specific once Host Boxes and Activity Kits are available to order.
